Seabreeze Cottage

This charming oceanside cottage was purchased by the owners to serve as their weekend escape.  While the cottage has fabulous ocean views, the view of the structure itself left something to be desired.  This project shows how relatively simple changes, like beachy plantings, thoughtful hardscape design, and detailed custom fencing can really make a property sing.  I worked with the owner’s carpenter to design a new covered entry for the front door, and it made all the difference.  Everything you see feels like it was always there, the perfect little seaside escape.
